Is This For Me?

Built for the people
who run the operation

This is not a general business conference. It is a two-day working session for the people managing drivers, taking calls at 2 AM, and trying to build a team that does not quit.

01

Tow Company Owners

Ready to get off the truck and work on the business instead of in it.

02

Dispatch Supervisors

Managing drivers and needing better tools for coaching, accountability, and conflict.

03

Operations Managers

Running the day-to-day and looking for systems that actually stick.

04

New Supervisors

Recently promoted or growing into a leadership role for the first time.

The Curriculum

Two days. Real skills.
Take them home Monday.

Workshop-style and hands-on. The small group format means you get real attention, not a seat in an auditorium.

Evening · February 16

Cocktail Social

The first networking moment of the summit — informal, relaxed, and included in your registration.

  • Meet-and-greet reception for all attendees
  • Connect before the training starts
  • Owners and supervisors from across the country
Day One · February 17

Leadership & Communication

  • "Do Right Leadership" — the foundation
  • Effective communication in tow operations
  • Leadership challenges & conflict resolution
  • Employee coaching and behavior change
  • Catered lunch included
  • Casa Rio dinner + keynote + mariachi
Day Two · February 18

Operations & People Systems

  • Get off the truck — work the business
  • Stand Up Safety meeting station rotation
  • Time mastery + strategic meeting organization
  • Interviewing, hiring & onboarding
  • Accident & injury management
  • Catered lunch included

The Experience

This isn't a seminar.
It's a working session.

Workshop Format

Small group. Everyone participates. Real scenarios and real discussion — you leave with tools you can use Monday morning.

Expert Faculty

Instructors with decades of real tow and transportation experience who have run operations and dealt with exactly what you are dealing with.

Real Networking

40+ owners and supervisors from 14 companies across 7 states. The conversations at dinner are worth as much as the sessions.

Take It Home

Every attendee leaves with a full instructional workbook built for the tow industry — plus a free custom driver onboarding program.

Free With Registration

Custom Driver Onboarding Program

Every attendee walks away with a driver orientation program built for their own tow operation — branded to your company and ready to put new hires through from day one.

  • Narrated training videos your new hires complete before they touch a truck
  • Interactive quizzes so you know they retained it, not just watched it
  • Branded to your company — your logo, your name, your culture
  • Safety & compliance built in — defensive driving and the standards that keep drivers home safe

Common Questions

Everything you need to know

What's included in the $750?

Everything. Both days of training, the instructional workbook, catered lunches, the February 16 cocktail social, the Casa Rio dinner with keynote and live mariachi, and the free driver onboarding program. No hidden fees.

Can I send multiple people?

Yes — $750 per person. Choose your headcount in the registration form and the invoice is built for that exact number automatically. Sending 6 or more? Contact us and we'll take care of it directly.

Is this for newer or experienced leaders?

Both. Newer supervisors get a foundation. Experienced owners sharpen tools they already use. Last year's group ranged widely and everyone walked away with something.

Where should I stay?

The workshop is at the La Quinta San Antonio Riverwalk. Stay on-site or nearby — the cocktail social is the evening of February 16 and Casa Rio runs until 9 PM on February 17. Contact us for hotel details.

How many people attend?

We keep it small on purpose. Last year: 40 professionals, 14 companies, 7 states. The small group format is the whole point — and we sell out.

How do I pay?

Register on this page and you'll be taken straight to a secure invoice built for your headcount. Pay by bank transfer (ACH) or credit card. Payment is due prior to the event and registrations are non-refundable.
